CFA Continuous Flight Auger Piling Rig 320 kN.m Torque 34 m Depth Cast-in-Place Pile Machine
The CFA-320 is a purpose-built continuous flight auger piling rig designed for fast, vibration-free cast-in-place pile construction. A hollow-stem continuous flight auger drills to a maximum depth of 34 m, and concrete is pumped through the auger as it is extracted, producing a continuous reinforced concrete pile in a single pass without casing and with almost no ground vibration. This makes CFA piling the preferred method in soft soils close to existing buildings, roads and utilities.
The machine is powered by a 261 kW EU Stage V engine and a high-pressure hydraulic system that delivers a rated output torque of 320 kN.m and a crowd force of 200 kN. A 320 kN main winch line pull and a heavy-duty base carrier give the rig the strength to lift long auger sections and to keep production rates high throughout the working shift.

Applications
The CFA piling rig is widely used for building foundations, industrial warehouses, retail centres, road and rail embankments and environmental barriers where vibration-free piling is required. Its high productivity suits large repetitive pile grids.
